Service Charter
The Embassy of the Republic of Kenya in Thailand derives its obligation from the Service Charter of Kenya's Ministry of Foreign Affairs which includes and not limited to:
Vision
To be a strategic diplomatic mission in pursuit of the national interests of the Republic of Kenya in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Myanmar.
Mission
To promote and implement the foreign policy of the Republic of Kenya in the Indo-China region through effective diplomatic engagement in the interest of the Kenyan people.
Obligations to its Customers
Kenyan People
- Authentication of legal documents for use in Thailand and advisory services in fields such as education, employment opportunities and travel.
- Facilitation and information on Trade missions and investment opportunities in Thailand.
- Mediation and arbitration of disputes involving Kenyans in Thailand and foreign missions/ organizations with privileges and immunities.
- Information on Kenya's foreign policy.
- Provision of consular services to Kenyans in Thailand.
To the countries of accreditation, Other Diplomatic Missions and International Organisations Accredited to Thailand
- Facilitation of participation in events for the promotion of Trade, investment, Tourism and Culture.
- Liaison and coordination services with interlocutors in Thailand and the Diplomatic Community in Thailand.
- Protocol services.
- Coordinating and participating in multilateral and bilateral negotiations.
- Facilitating and coordinating adherence to international treaties, conventions and agreements as well as participating in diplomatic conferences.
- Co-ordination and facilitation of official appointments.
- Negotiations and conclusion of host agreements.
- Liaison services with Kenya's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other Kenyan Government Ministries/ Departments.
- Facilitation of Trade Missions in Kenya and their participation in International conferences held in Kenya.
- Dissemination of information on Kenya, such as History, Government, Trade and Investment, Education, Culture and Tourism.

- General administrative service including working tools and equipment, and security.
- Welfare services.
- Human resource management and development services.
